Our technicians are equipped with correct documentation so that they are able to swiftly enter most African countries and have both road and air access options at their disposal in order to best respond to our client’s in the event of an emergency call out.

Our LIFE.NET offering provides an outstanding remote monitoring service for Masterguard UPS units which allows 24/7/365 monitoring of connected UPS devices by our trained technicians based at our operation centre in Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa. LIFE.NET is designed to provide information to Master Power Technologies in order for us to continually monitor every individual UPS system that we have installed and this system will allow a technician to analyze an individual client’s UPS’s critical operational data at any time in order to provide our technician with a highly valuable insight into the nature of any alarm condition present on that client’s UPS. As a result of this, the technician is equipped with the ability to intervene remotely if possible or to respond on site where necessary in order to resolve any alarm condition.

The LIFE.NET offering from Master Power Technologies will be provided free of charge for the 12 months during the guarantee period on our larger units, ensuring that our customers have complete piece of mind with the operation of their newly installed system. After the 12 month free access and guarantee has expired, customers are provided the opportunity of extending their LIFE.NET support at a small monthly subscription fee per unit.
