Panel Manufacturing

A dedicated panel manufacturing and assembly facility specialises in distribution panel products for the LV market.

• The manufacturing and stores area covers 2000 m².
• All panels are manufactured to the highest standards, using the modular Prisma Panel range from Schneider Electric.
• All panels meet international and local standards: IEC 61439-2 (2009-01) and IEC 61439-12, and are designed to customer selectivity and co-ordination requirements. All Busbar and copper work including tinning is done in-house.
• Only Schneider Electric or similar switchgear is used to ensure a quality solution.

All panel designs come complete with pre-approval single line and general arrangement diagrams prepared by our in-house drafts office which evolve into complete data packs on awarding of the project.
